PPI - How to sign up

How to sign up

Step 1
Sign two copies of the document PPI Exchange Broker Agreement and post them to Broker Information Services, rear of 176 Rathgar Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6. PPI will in turn sign both copies and send one back to you.

Step 2
Upon receipt of your agreement form we at Broker Information Services will inform you of your PPI Exchange portal login credentials.
The portal can be accessed via this website for your convenience.

Step 3
Identify clients and contacts who have PPI and who would like to make a claim. Remember if you are sending them a letter or an email do not have your regulatory status on the communication. There is a suggested wording contained here

Step 4
Once you have identified a client who has PPI and who would like to make a claim, ask the client to complete this form
Post these documents to PPI Exchange.

Step 5
PPI Exchange will then make contact with your client and will complete a questionnaire form over the phone. The claim will then be up and running. You can follow the progress of the claim on the portal. (PPI are very happy to complete this step but you can do it if you prefer. If you do it yourself you can post the questionnaire with the letter of authority.)

Step 6
Once the claim has been settled, PPI Exchange will request payment from your client and upon receipt of payment they will contact you directly to request an invoice. Your fee will be 10% of the redress amount. Once they receive the invoice they will send payment to you within 2 weeks. We hope that this clearly explains how you can start helping your clients to reclaim on miss-sold PPI policies. Here are the documents that are contained in the claim pack: This is undoubtedly a great opportunity for you to earn a large secondary income while helping your clients. If you have any further questions please call us on 01-4960006. We will be delighted to assist you.
